Cerebral Brewing is looking to add a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist to our Marketing team to further the growth of our nationally recognized and award-winning brand.

Job Type:
Part-Time (~20 hours per week)
Job Overview:
As Cerebral Brewing’s Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the brewery’s social media channels and digital presence. You will be expected to collaborate with the Marketing & Events Manager to execute a results-driven content strategy to promote brewery events, products and other promotions in a way that is engaging to our consumers.
Responsibilities:
- Execute/schedule social media postings across all platforms
- Collaborate with Marketing & Events Manager to create a social media calendar
- Responsible for copywriting for all social media posts
- Ability to create engaging and on-brand photo and video content for Cerebral Brewing social media platforms in a plus
- Attend taproom and off-site events to capture content and facilitate live-postings
- Monitor social media trends, industry competitors and publications to stay up to date on social media and content best practices
- Interact with users and respond to messages, inquiries, and comments
- Review analytics and create reports on key social media metrics
- Assist Marketing & Events Manager in the development or planning of other marketing strategies as appropriate
Requirements:
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing for CPG or beverage brands
- Strong photography and/or videography experience a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Lightroom) or equivalent digital media editing tools
- Knowledge of social media best practices and trends
- Direct experience with social media scheduling platforms (i.e. Sprout)
- Self-motivated with good time management skills
- Self starter with proven ability to adapt in fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members throughout the brewery
- Availability to work occasional nights and weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
- $24-26/hour

Job Overview
Cerebral Brewing is looking for a motivated part time Logistics Driver. This individual will transport beer and materials between our two locations. This is a fast-paced position that involves lifting, lowering, and carrying kegs and cases. Qualified candidates must have a valid Driver License issued within the state of CO. Experience driving a 16’ box truck is a plus. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, flexible, and enjoys working autonomously with little direction.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles in accordance with company safety policies & procedures, while maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the vehicle
- Physically load and unload box truck and/or delivery van while dealing with obstacles such as curbs, docks, tight parking lots, etc
- Verify truck or van is loaded accurately before leaving with deliveries for the day
- Unload / stock product in the taproom coldbox, post inventory transfers in brewery management software
- Pickup raw materials and kegs from off-site suppliers and storage locations as needed
- This position will be cross trained on sales deliveries for occasional coverage as needed, which involves delivering to wholesale accounts in a customer-facing role
- Hours = 12-16 hours per week, Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
Qualifications
- Must be able to represent Cerebral Brewing in a professional and responsible manner
- Excellent oral and communication skills, as well as driving and route mapping skills
- One year of experience driving a van or truck preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a history of no suspensions or at fault accidents within the last three years, no DUI/DWI within the past seven years
Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move 25lb cases and lift and/or move 165lb kegs
- Frequent maneuvering in and out of delivery vehicles
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Compensation & Benefits
- $20 / hr – adjusted based on experience and performance

Job Overview:
Cerebral Brewing is looking to add a talented and motivated Keg Washer to our team to further the growth of our nationally recognized and award winning brand. The Keg Washer is responsible for maintaining a clean keg supply for the production team. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, flexible, and enjoys working autonomously with little direction.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing of kegs and packaging equipment using industry best practices
- Physically move empty keg shells from the back to the keg washing area
- Properly titrate the keg detergent reservoir prior to washing
- Safely operate our Premier 2 head keg washer – follow SOPs and wear PPE
- Submit an EOD report covering the day’s total kegs washed and any mechanical / maintenance issues that may have arisen during the shift
- Hours = 8 to 24 hours per week
Qualifications:
- We are a small team of dedicated beer professionals – a positive attitude is a must
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Self-motivated with good time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple processes at one time
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members throughout the brewery
- Maintain and manage safe working practices, including chemical handling, use of PPE, etc
- Mechanical aptitude with tools and equipment
- Regular, consistent availability to work THREE (8) hour shifts, weekend availability
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move 30lb empty kegs and 165lb full kegs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, stoop, crawl, twist, turn, lift, kneel and climb ladders/stairs
- Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift and pallet jack (forklift training available)
Compensation and Benefits:
- $19.00/hr
- Monthly take home beer/merch allowance
- 401k with up to 4% match
